Roxanne R. Franco, M.Ed., is the CEO and owner of xSPEDite School Services and is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of service providers.  She works closely with the Special Education Department and assigned school administrators to ensure the delivery of services. Roxanne has a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from New Mexico State University; a Master of Education-Educational Diagnostician and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso. She also has her Texas Educator Certification as an Educational Diagnostician, Grades (PK-12), Elementary Self-Contained, Grades (1-8), and Generic Special Education, Grades (PK-12).

Dino M. Coronado, Ed.D., serves as the Chief Operations Officer for xSPEDite School Services. His knowledge in campus and district administration systems provides the team with an understanding of funding streams, procurement process, and developing business strategies, plans and procedures. Dino is a former teacher, principal, district administrator/principal supervisor, and Superintendent. He has a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso; a Master of Arts in Management from Webster University; and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Northern Iowa. He also has his Texas Educator Certification as a Teacher-Generalist (4-8), Principal (EC-12), and Superintendent (EC-12).

Christina Franco, M.Ed., serves as the Executive Director of xSPEDite School Services. Christina has a broad experience in public schools, specifically as an Educational Diagnostician in the secondary grades. She has oversight and quality control quality control over all assessments conducted by our service providers. Christina has a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of North Texas; a Master of Education-Educational Diagnostician and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Texas at El Paso. She also has her Texas Educator Certification as an Educational Diagnostician, Grades (PK-12), Elementary Self-Contained Grades (1-8), Generic Special Education Grades (PK-12), and School Librarian.
